James B. Puskala, age 50, Iron River, MI died Monday, December 10, 2007 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital, Iron Mountain, MI. Born: January 21, 1957 in Stambaugh, MI. The son of Thomas and Hilda (Salo) Puskala was a lifelong resident. He attended the Iron River schools and graduated from West Iron County High School in 1975. He married his high school sweetheart, Jean Bonel on April 15, 1978 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Iron River and the couple made their home in Stambaugh Township. They celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary this year. James worked as a Millwright for Louisiana Pacific for over 15 years. A devoted husband and father, he was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed spear fishing and riding his Harley. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas in 1993.
