Joan M. Seymour, age 74 of Damascus, OR, died Monday, May 25, 2009 at her home. She was born May 29, 1934 in Iron River, MI, the daughter of the late Edward and Amelia (Varney) Pigeon. Joan married Clinton Seymour at St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River, and the couple celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary in 2008. She was a loving mother and grandmother and always put her family first. She was preceded in death by three brothers; Norman, Ramon, and Harold, and one sister, Shirley. She is survived by her husband, Clinton Four sons; Edward (Debbie) Seymour Clinton (Desi) Seymour Jr. Larry (Babe) Seymour Todd (Mickie) Seymour Three daughters; Cheryl (William) Brown Cindy (Ron) Longley Cathy (Ron) James Two brothers; Norbert Pigeon Conrad (Billie) Pigeon Two sisters; Doreen Quarles Lorraine (Steve) Kuzevich 28 grandchildren 45 great grandchildren Numerous nieces and nephews Visitation: Friday, June 5, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River.
