Ronald E. Strom Age 72 Iron River, MI
Passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Northstar Health System, Iron River
Born April 1st 1939 in Iron River, MI
The son of the late Einar and Dorothy (Bray) Strom attended the Iron River schools. Ronald served his country in the United States Army Reserves. He moved down state in 1960. Ronald was a technician in the auto industry for 30 years, retiring in 1995 and moving back to Iron River.
Ronald married the former Barbara Greenlund on December 10, 2011 at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Iron River.
Ronald was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Iron River, UAW, VFW and the American Legion. He enjoyed tinkering with snow blowers, cars, and lawn mowers, traveling, photography, and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Bernadine Hatswell and Darlene Schultz.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Strom, Iron River

Funeral Service: Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home with the Rev. Roberta Willson to officiate.

Barb, Just seeing the smile Ron put on your face, made my heart warm and I knew that you were so happy and my dear, sweet friend you were so blessed to find someone that gave you the life of love, fun, and happiness you so deserve.
Ron was definitely a fun, kind, and passionate man. He sure loved to dance with his beautiful wife. He will be missed by so many.
