Antonio Rombola, age 50 of Caspian, MI, died Sunday, January 10, 2010 at his home. He was born May 13, 1959 in Massachusetts, the son of John and Maria Rombola. Tony, as he was known, was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River as well as the Laborers' International Union of North America. He was also employed as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and best friend Vanessa. He was a multi-talented man. His hobbies included riding his motorcycle, gardening, and working on his home and trucks. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Vanessa Rombola of Caspian; four loving sisters, Josephine Farrell and her husband Michael, Maria Dahill, Joanna Nicoletta and her husband Steve, and Susan Dwyer and her husband Thomas, all of Massachusetts; eleven nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, January 25, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River, with Rev. Norman Clisch to officiate.
