Belva L. Gurchinoff

Belva L. Gurchinoff, age 72, Iron River, MI, died Saturday May 26, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield, WI. Born: September 18, 1934 in Alvin, WI. The daughter of the late John and Edith (Thrasher) Osborne was a lifelong resident. She attended the Elvoy school in Alvin, WI. She married Leo Gurchinoff June 2, 1954 in Indiana and the couple made their home in Iron River, MI. They celebrated their 52nd Wedding anniversary in 2006. Belva was employed by Coleman Products in Iron River for over 12 years. Her life was centered around caring for her family. Belva enjoyed gardening. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Iron River, MI. She was also preceded in death by 2 sons, John in 1975 and Leo in 1987; 2 brothers, James and William Krueger. Survived by her husband; Leo 4 daughters; Linda (Randy) VanNess of Oshkosh, WI Cindy Gurchinoff of Iron River, MI Joan (Dan) Hinch of Iron River, MI Carol (Joe) Clavin of Poquoson, VA 6 grandchildren; Justin and Emily VanNess, Tim Gurchinoff, Brian Hinch, Catherine and Collin Clavin. Numerous nieces and nephews Private Funeral Services will be held at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River, MI. with Rev. Raymond Zeugner to officiate.
