Bernard J. Tarnowski

Bernard J. Tarnowski, age 58, of Iron River, MI, died Sunday, December 21, 2014. He was born July 25, 1956 in Stambaugh, MI, the son of the Bernard A. Tarnowski and Norma (Bellantonio) Tarnowski. He attended the Stambaugh Schools and graduated from West Iron County with the Class of 1974. Bernard was a US Navy veteran. He was self-employed in the small engine repair and landscaping.   He enjoyed gardening and watching NASCAR. Bernard is survived by his former wife, Debra Tarnowsk; mother, Norma (Frank) Brunswick; son, Heath Condon; stepson, Nathan (Heather) Paffrath, brother, Vincent Tarnowski all of Iron River; grandchildren, Alexis, Anastasia, Chloe, and Seth; nephew, Jay Fredricks Jr., and grandnephew, Aiden Fredricks and grandniece, Ashlyn Fredricks. He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard A. Tarnowski, brother, August and sister, Sharon.
