Beverly J. Deiter

Beverly J. Deiter, age 61, Gaastra, MI died Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Iron River Care Center, Iron River. Born: April 15, 1947 in Stambaugh, MI The daughter of the late Solovin and Agnes (Saario) Johnvin attended the Bates and Stambaugh schools. She married Harold Deiter on October 31, 1970 and the couple made their home in Gaastra. Harold preceded her in death in 1989. Beverly was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church of Caspian and a volunteer at the Senior Citizen Center. She enjoyed watching western movies, playing cards, walking, and taking care of her animals. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and her granddaughter Justice, whom she loved dearly, was her pride and joy. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Johnvin and two sisters; Joan Shoquist and Arlene Nelson. She is survived by her son, Harold Deiter of Gaastra Two daughters; Roxanne (Jeremy) McLean of Gaastra Yvonne (Dale) Bobnock of Gaastra One granddaughter, Justice Bobnock One sister, Marilyn Houghton of Jackson, MI A memorial mass will be held Monday, October 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St Cecilia Catholic Church, Caspian with Rev.
