Cecelia G. Fregetto

Mrs. Cecelia G. Fregetto, age 88, Iron River, MI died Friday evening, February 15, 2008 at the Iron River Care Center, Iron River. Born: November 6, 1919 in Iron River, MI The daughter of the late Anton and Ursula (Grykelgo) Cieciorka was a lifelong resident of the area. She attended the Iron River Schools, graduating in 1936. She married Howard Fregetto on March 26, 1938 at the former Assumption Catholic Church of Iron River. The couple celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary in 2007. She was a member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River, Rosary Sodality, St. Agnes Altar Society, and the Legion of Mary. She was preceded in death by her son Howard A Fregetto on February 23, 1998; sisters, Edna, Josephine, Joann, and Agnes, and brother, John. She is survived by her husband, Howard Son, James F. (Carolyn) Fregetto of Gwinn, MI Daughter-in-law, Margaret Fregetto of Destin, FL Brother, Stanley Cieciorka of Iron River Two sisters, Bernice Broslavick of Iron River Dorothy (Jack) Delago of Caspian, MI Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren Funeral Service: Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Iron River with Rev Norman Clisch, pastor, to offer the Mass of Christian Burial. The Ladies of the Rosary Sodality will form an honor guard at the funeral service. Interment: Resthaven Cemetery, Iron River.
