Cheryl A. Edwards

Cheryl A. Edwards, age 53, of Iron River, MI, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 4, 2020. She was born on March 3, 1967 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Jeanette (George) Edwards and the late Ira Biddell. She graduated from South Division High school in Milwaukee, WI. Cheryl was a member of the U.P. River Church in Iron River. She enjoyed making jewelry, cooking, shopping, and working on the computer. She also like needlepoint and embroidery projects. Family was most important to her and she loved working with her children. Cheryl is survived by her sons, Eli Edwards of Milwaukee, WI, Christopher Cooper and Dylan Cooper, both of Green Bay, WI and Martin Cooper III and Warren Cooper, both of Iron River, MI; daughters, Alicia Cooper of Crandon, WI and Dianna Cooper of Iron River, MI; three grandchildren; the father of her children, Martin Cooper II; brothers, Ernest Edwards Jr., Brian Edwards, and Chad Smith, all of Iron River, MI; sister, Johanna Edwards of Milwaukee, WI; aunts, Carole (Harvey) White of Iron River, MI and Hazel George of Crandon, WI; many cousins and extended family. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Edwards and sister, Lisa Pacala. Private family services will be held. Interment will be in the Forest County Potawatomi Cemetery.
