Clinton E. Otto, 80, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

He was born on March 5, 1946, in Stambaugh, MI, the son of the late Lester and Mary Jane (Seymour) Otto. Clinton attended the Iron River Schools and graduated. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Clinton married Allison Seymour on October 10, 1992, in Mineral Hills. They celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary in 2025.

He was employed as surveyor for the pipeline on gas and fiber optic lines. Clinton enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and spending time outdoors.

Clinton is survived by his wife, Allison; daughters, Ernestine (Dan) Hoffman-Otto of Minnesota, Jeanette (Mark) Mollo of Indiana; Alaina (Jason Haberkorn) Seymour of Wisconsin, and Barbie (Josh Sjolund) Seymour of Michigan; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ernestine Otto.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Resthaven Cemetery. The West Side Veterans will accord Military Rites at the graveside.
