Daniel Martin

Daniel Martin, age 67, Tipler, WI died Thursday, March 20, 2008 at his home. Born: May 24, 1940 in Bulan, Kentucky The son of the late William and Laura (Miller) Martin was a lifelong resident. He attended the Florence. WI schools and graduated in 1960. Dan worked with his dad on the family farm and was also engaged in logging. He enjoyed welding. Dan served as sexton of Martin Cemetery, Tipler. After he retired, he continued to stake out gravesites. The cemetery was named after his great uncle, Hiram Martin. He is survived by his brother Tom and sister Annette Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins Memorial services will be held at a later date to be announced. Graveside Services and Interment will be held at Martin Cemetery, Tipler. Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River.
