Daniel J. Zyskowski

Daniel J. Zyskowski, age 61 of Iron River, MI died Friday March 13, 2009 at the Seasons of Life Home, Woodruff, WI. He was born March 9, 1948 in Stambaugh, MI, son of John B. and Linda (Besonen) Zyskowski. He graduated from Northern Michigan University, Marquette, MI and taught Industrial Education in Antigo, WI for 33 years, retiring in 2003. Following his retirement, he moved back to Iron River to make his home. Daniel was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Iron River. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by three daughters; Christy (Kevin) Schmidt of Antigo, WI Lisa (Steven) Petrowski of Antigo, WI Debbie (Jim) Francois of Tomahawk, WI One brother, Jim (Marilyn) Zyskowski of North Mankato, MN One sister, Carol (Jim) Coleman of Shrewsbury, MA Seven grandchildren Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles Visitation: Friday March 20, 2009 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River. Funeral Service; Friday March 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Assembly of God, Iron River with Pastor Kent Angeloff and Pastor Richard Mokry officiating. Interment: Resthaven Cemetery, Iron River Pallbearers; Steve Petrowski, Kevin Schmidt, Jim Francois, Jim Coleman, Jeff Zyskowski, Jim Zyskowski.
