Diane A. Scheeler-Ross

Diane A. Scheeler-Ross, age 62, of Iron River, Michigan, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Florence, Wisconsin. She was born April 20, 1954 in Valdosta, Georgia, the daughter of Dexter and Joyce (Daniels) Scheeler.    She attended the Godby High School in Tallahassee, Florida, graduating in 1972. She then went on to earn her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Diane married Daniel Ross on August 22, 2009 at the Nativity of the Lord Catholic Church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, St. Agnes Alter Society and Order of Carmelites Secular Member. She was an avid Eucharist Adoration Adorer and CCD Assistant Teacher at St. Agnes Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and was an avid reader. Diane is survived by her husband, Daniel of Iron River; sons, Matthew (Melissa) Flom of Naples, FL and Klinton Flom of Atto, IL; daughters, Kristen Flom of St. Louis, MO, Sarah (Jason) Creek of St. Louis, MO, Judy (Bobby Privet) Flom of St. Louis, MO; mother, Joyce Scheeler and mother-in-law, Ramona Ross; brothers, David (Rhonda) Scheeler of Alton, IL, Bill Scheeler of Jasper, FL; sisters, Linda Summers of Tallahassee, FL, Barb Scheeler of Rhinelander, WI, Katie (Mark) Childress of Washington, DC; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Dexter Scheeler. Visitation will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 at 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron River. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Iron River with Rev.
