Donna M. Hebert Banks

Donna M. Hebert Banks, age 87, a lifetime resident of Caspian, MI, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. She was born on August 15, 1934, in Stambaugh, MI, the daughter of the late Dominic and Lorraine (Bomaster) Hebert. Donna attended the Stambaugh Schools, graduating with the class of 1952. While in school, she participated in band and was inducted into the National Honor Society. Donna married John C. Banks on March 22, 1985, in Appleton, WI. The couple celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary in 2013. John preceded her in death on March 30, 2013. She was employed as a bookkeeper for Caspian Construction Company for many years. Donna was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church, where she sang in the choir. She had also been a member of the Carrie Jacobs Bond Singers. She enjoyed making jigsaw puzzles, cutting her grass, and having breakfast at Mr. T’s on a regular basis. Donna is survived by her brothers, Donald Hebert and Art (Mary) Hebert, both of Iron River, MI; sister, Mary (Richard) Anderson of Elkhart Lake, WI; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Ann Theobald. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Caspian with Rev.
