Dorothy Dedo

Dorothy M. Dedo Age 76 Caspian, MI Passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay, WI She was born April 16, 1936 in Crandon, WI, the daughter of the late James O. and Dorothy (McNutty) Bell . She attended and graduated from West Allis High School, West Allis, WI. Dorothy married David A. Dedo on June 28, 1958 in West Allis and the couple made their home in Milwaukee prior to moving to Caspian in 1986. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 2008. David preceded her in death on February 6, 2009. She was a member of St Cecilia Catholic Church of Caspian and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed woodworking and working in her yard. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Dedo (Rick Lohrey) of Milwaukee, WI and Marilyn Dilling of Caspian, and one grandson, Larry Dedo. Graveside services will be held Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Stambaugh Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to American Legion Reino Post #21, 212 Washington Street, Iron River, MI 49935. Funeral arrangements were by the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.
