Eunice M. Palmer

Eunice M. Palmer Age 83 Caspian, MI Passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Iron River Care Center. She was born September 14, 1929 in Iron River, MI, the daughter of the late Oscar and Hilda (Johnson) Gustafson-Swanson. She attended the Iron River Schools. Eunice married Ellis Dobson in 1946. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1994. She married William Palmer on September 28, 1998 in Eagle River, WI and the couple made their home in Caspian. Eunice enjoyed reading, sewing, bingo, playing cards and games, traveling, and especially spending time with family members. . She is survived by her husband, William Sons, Robert (Paulette) Dobson of Iron River Stephen (Lori) Dobson of Iron River Daughters, Linda Dobson of Iron River Debbie (Robert) Waligursky of Caspian Step-sons, Calvin (Kimberly) Palmer of Green Bay, WI Richard (Lori) Palmer of Green Bay, WI John (Kim) Palmer of Aurora, Il Terry (Tonya) Palmer of Green Bay, WI Brother, Larry Gustafson of Iron River Sister, Marlene Nocerini of Powers, MI Numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, and Step-great grandchildren She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Clarence Gustafson, Jack Swanson and Russell Gustafson, sister, Joyce Tickanen, grandson, Christopher Dobson, and step-granddaughter, Jessie Palmer. Visitation: Friday, October 12, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.
