Fredrick G. Lambert, age 58 of Gaastra, MI, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Northstar Health System, Iron River. Born: May 4, 1951 in Stambaugh, MI The son of Thomas Knipp and Laura Schrader attended the Iron River Schools and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was employed as a handyman for over 20 years. Fredrick married the former Jennie Blaker on February 9, 1973 in Mansfield, OH. He is survived by his wife, Jennie Sons; Fred (Shannon) Lambert of Iron River Jeffrey (Nikki) Lambert of Iron Mountain, MI David Lambert of Holland, MI Daughter, Laura (Sean) Cooley of Greensburg, PA Mother, Laura (Elmer) Schrader of Gaastra Step-daughter, Darla (Scott) Sprague of Iron River Half-brother, Thomas (Gail) Knipp of Iron River Half-sister, Becky (Frank) McGuire of Mansfield, OH 11 grandchildren Nieces, nephews and extended family He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Knipp, sister, Katherine Tart, and an infant granddaughter. Memorial services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010 at 11a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River with Pastor John Fish to officiate.
