Glenn M. Carollo

Glenn M. Carollo Age 75 Trout Creek, MI Passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Northstar Health System, Iron River. He was born April 25, 1937 in Iron Mountain, MI, the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Lupini) Carollo. He attended the Iron Mountain Schools, graduating from Iron Mountain High School. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and following his honorable discharge attended Marquette MI College for his Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Glenn lived in Green Bay, WI, for most of his life prior to moving to his cabin on Robinson Lake. An avid fisherman and hunter, he very much enjoyed his time up-north. He also, was an excellent accordion and piano player. He is survived by his son, Joseph Carollo of Leesburg, VA; daughters, Gina Carollo of Michigan City, IN and Rosaria (Bill) Osborn of Orlando, FL; brothers, Gerald (Geraldine) Carollo of Iron Mountain, MI and Tom Carollo of Marquette, MI; Sister, Susan (Marvin) Fox of Chicago, IL; three grandchildren, Gianna, Max and Sam, and good friend Tom Canadeo and all his cohorts on Robinson Lake. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2012 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. Prayer services will follow 4 p.m. with Rev. Gregory Veneklase to officiate.
