Mrs. Helen E. Daniels Age: 92 Iron River, MI passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2007 at the Iron County Community Hospital, Iron River, MI. Born: January 24, 1914 in Stevens Point, WI The daughter of the late George and Marguerita (Durbeck) Egenhoefer attended the Stevens Point, WI, schools and graduated from Emerson High School in 1931. She married Fayette C. Daniels on May 14, 1935 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Stevens Point, WI. In the 1960's, the couple moved to Iron River, MI, to make their home and after her husband's retirement in 1974, they enjoyed spending time in Florida and golfing. The couple celebrated their 66th Wedding anniversary in 2001. She was a member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River and St. Agnes Altar Society, as the well as the Rosary Sodality. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fayette, on December 1, 2001 3 brothers, Joseph, John, and Fred 3 sisters, Anna, Catherine, and Marie. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews Visitation: Monday, January 8, 2007 from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River, MI Funeral Service: Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Iron River, MI with the Rev. Norman Clisch, pastor, to offer the Mass of Christian Burial. The Ladies of the Rosary Sodality will form an honor guard. Interment: St. Stephen's Cemetery, Stevens Point, WI.
