James R. ""Bobby"" Puckett Age 78 Alvin, WI Died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Oscar G. Johnson Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI. Born: November 21, 1933 in Lexington, KY. The son of the late Robert and Katherine (Staull) Puckett moved to the Alvin, WI area at a young age and attended the Elvoy School and graduated from Iron River High School. Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was employed as a heavy Equipment Operator for Bacco Construction for many years and later worked for the Town of Alvin. Bobby married the former Arlyss ""June"" Weber on February 15, 2002 in Alvin, where the couple made their home. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed working jig saw puzzles. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Bobbie Ann in 2002 and two sisters, Louise Wills and Betty Quarford. He is survived by his wife, June Granddaughter, Brooke Remer Two great grandchildren, Matthew and Eden Numerous step-children and step-grandchildren Extended family and friends Private family services will be held. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Alvin, in the spring. Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River.
