James R. Stella

James R. Stella, age 60, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. He was born on March 27, 1961, in Stambaugh, MI, the son of the late Sam and Connie (Mangone) Stella. He attended the West Iron County Schools. Jim enjoyed working on cars and owned an autobody repair shop, where he took pride in his work. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends and family. Jim is survived by his brother, John Stella of Kinsley, KS; sisters, Susie (Ron) Kriehn of Waukesha, WI and Patricia Taylor of Iron River, MI; nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Stella. Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mission Bible Training Center.
