James White

James White, age 52, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in West Allis, WI. He was born on September 8, 1968 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Harvey and Carole (George) White. James attended the Watersmeet School, graduating from Watersmeet High School. James married Chary Alimagno on July 27, 2007 in Crystal Falls, MI. The couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary in 2020. He was employed as a laborer in construction. James was a member of the U.P. River Church in Iron River, where he was a born-again Christian. He enjoyed golfing and watching the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. James was a very good handyman, fixing up things around the house. James is survived by his wife, Chary White of Iron River; son, James M. White of Iron River; daughter, Julianna M. White of Iron River; brothers, Michael and Kevin White, both of Iron River and Harvey White III of Green Bay, WI; sisters, Tina McGeshick of Watersmeet, MI, Victoria Smith of Bates Township, MI, Jerylynn Kroening of Laona, WI, and Tiffany White of Iron River, MI; in-laws, Rodelino and Remelita Alimagno; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at the U.P. River Church in Iron River. Funeral services will follow at 2:30pm with Pastor James Pellizzer to officiate.
