Joseph D. Lindemann

Joseph D. Lindemann, age 66, of Caspian, MI, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Aspirus Iron River Hospital. He was born October 3, 1951 in Ypsilanti, MI, the son of the late Mae (Basom) and Walter E. Lindemann, Jr.   He was very mechanically inclined, and therefore, he was employed as on Auto Mechanic for 30 years. He loved to ride motorcycles and enjoyed working on cars. He was also an animal lover at heart, with a special interest in owls. Joseph is survived by his sons, Joseph Lindemann of Chicago, IL and Sean Dailey of Minot, ND; daughters, Kaitlin Lindemann of Iron River, MI and Laura Knapp of Green Bay, WI; as well as one granddaughter, Sophia Parson. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Steve Lindemann. A graveside service will be held at a later date, with the West Side Veterans to accord Military Rites.
