Kathryn A. Sackmaster

Kathryn A. Sackmaster, 68, of Iron River, MI passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025.

She was born on August 5, 1956, in La Crosse, WI, the daughter of the late Howard and Betty (Jerome) Sackmaster, Sr. She attended the La Crosse Logan Schools.

She was employed as a supervisor at ORC Industries. Kathryn enjoyed being in nature and watching her deer and chipmunks. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and gardening.

Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Joy (Jake) Sackmaster of Iron River, MI; brothers, Howard (Sharon) Sackmaster Jr and David (Nancy) Sackmaster, both of Wisconsin; sisters, Judy Dayton, Joan Duenkel, and Melissa Sackmaster, all of Wisconsin; granddaughter, Caitlyn Knaack of Wisconsin; great-granddaughter, Lilah Medema; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Diane Peaslee.

Private family services will be held.
