Kenneth Kvapil

Kenneth Kvapil, age 57, of Iron River, MI, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the Marquette General Hospital, Marquette, MI. Born: February 9, 1952 in Berwyn, IL The son of the late Charles and Camille (Jahnke) Kvapil attended the Illinois schools, graduating from Morton High School in Cicero, IL. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era. He worked as a mason for many years prior to moving to the Iron River area in 2007 where he was employed at the Woodz Inn. Ken was an avid reader and loved to fish. He is survived by two brothers, Karl (Debra ) Kvapil of Iron River and Donald Kvapil of Port St. Lucy, FL, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Kvapil. Memorial services will be held at a later date to be announced. Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River.
