Kristi L. Gallup

Beloved Daughter, Sister, Friend age 33, of Maplewood, MN peacefully passed away at home on April 11, 2010. In her final weeks, Kristi was blessed with the precious gift of time with her family and close friends. She enjoyed a wonderful Easter celebration with those who loved her and were close to her. Her grandparents, Glen and Janet Gallup and LeRoy and Bruna Ahlberg preceded Kristi in death. She is survived by father Gregory (Sue) Gallup; mother Linda (Ahlberg) Gallup; brother Todd (Jolene) Gallup; two nieces; one nephew, one great nephew; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including special friend, Jeremy Drury. Kristi graduated in 1995 from West Iron County High School. She received a bachelor 's degree from Northern Michigan University. She moved to Cannon Falls, MN after graduation, where she became a manager of Eddie Bauer. Eventually, Kristi became interested in chiropractic services. She relocated to the Twin Cities area, where she obtained a position at Mounds View Chiropractic as an Office Manager. Kristi enjoyed many things to do with the outdoors such as camping, kayaking, and biking. She enjoyed reading good books, even going so far as to begin an online book club. Another true passion that she had was cooking and couldn 't get enough of the Food Network. She will be greatly missed and forever loved. Her memories will live on in all who loved her. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 1st. Visitation will be held from 2:00 "" 3:00 p.m. with the service given at 3:00 at Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.
