Lila I. Stebbins

Lila Stebbins, age 92, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, at Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, MI. She was born on March 5, 1929, in Beechwood, MI, the daughter of the late William and Mary (Hirvela) Norkoli. She attended the Iron River Schools. She was a Home Health Nurse for many years, a homemaker, and was a friend to all. Lila is survived her children, Rietta (Glen) Erickson of Crystal Falls, MI, Keith (Karen) Stebbins of Iron River, MI, Dean (Kris) Stebbins of Iron River, MI, Marsha Sleeman of Iron River, MI, and Ron (Sylviana) Stebbins of Pinetop, AZ; 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Keith Stebbins; an infant son; son, Douglas Stebbins; grandson, Andrew Carlson; brother, Tom Puskala; and sisters, Sally Gibson, Marie Erickson, Sylvia Gudjonson, Sigrid Bedinger, Ruth Valenzo, and Elna Ponozzo.
