Mrs. Lorraine M. Hebert Age: 91 Caspian, MI passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at the Iron County Community Hospital, Iron River, MI. Born: October 10, 1915, Gaastra, MI The daughter of the late Charles & Minnie (LaFountain) Bomaster was a life long resident of the area, attending the Stambaugh Schools, graduating with the Class of 1933. On October 20, 1933, she married Dominic Hebert in Gaastra, MI. The couple celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in 1983. She was a member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church, St. Anne's Society, Bridge Club of Caspian and was the organist at the former St. Mary's Catholic Church as well as St. Cecilia's. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, embroidery, quilting and other needlework. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic on June 16, 1990; two brothers, Kermit and Elvin, and a sister-in-law, Madeline. She is survived by two sons, Donald (Patricia) Hebert, Iron River, MI Arthur (Mary) Hebert, Stambaugh Township, MI Three daughters, Donna (John) Banks, Caspian, MI Ann (Ken) Theobald, Stacyville, IA Mary (Richard) Anderson, Elkhart Lake, WI One brother, Charles (Rita) Bomaster, Roscommon, MI One sister-in-law, Marie Bomaster, Berkley, MI 17 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren 1 great, great grandchild Nieces and Nephews Visitation: Sunday, February 11, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River, MI, and also Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at St Cecilias Catholic Church, Caspian, MI. The Parish Rosary was recited at 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening. Funeral Service: Monday, February 12, 2007 at 11:00 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Caspian, MI, with the Rev. Otto Sartorelli to offer the Mass of Christian Burial. Pallbearers: Daniel Hebert, Michael Hebert, Patrick Hebert, Steven Hebert, Todd Theobald, and Mark Anderson.
