Louie Contreras, Jr.

Louie Contreras Jr, age 64, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. He was born on February 16, 1959, in Bakersfield, CA, the son of Louie and Irene (Alvarado) Contreras Sr. He attended La Quinta High School and graduated. Louie married Cheryl Hooper on November 16, 2023, in Crystal Falls, MI and they made their home in Iron River. He was employed as a machine builder. Louie enjoyed working on cars. Louie is survived by his wife, Cheryl; son, William Contreras of Texas; daughter, Nicole (Dante Danielli) Fama-Rae Contreras of South Carolina; brother, Ray Contreras of Texas; sister, Rosie Contreras of Texas; brother-in-law, Bill Hooper of Shelly, ID; grandchildren, Skylee and Tatum Danielli; extended family and friends.
