Marian Bushie

Marian F. Bushie Age 89 Iron River, MI Passed away May 5, 2012 at the Iron River Care Center. Born: July 3, 1922 in Iron River, MI The daughter of the late Jacob and Esther (Stewart) Rowney attended the Bates and Iron River schools, graduating from Iron River High School in 1940. She then attended Bay de Noc Community College for her LPN certification and worked for over 20 years in a nursing home and retired from Coleman. Marian was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Iron River. She enjoyed working puzzles and crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her son Larry, two brothers, and one sister. She is survived by one son, David (Cheryl) Bushie of Winter Garden, FL Three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren Graveside services will be held Friday, May 18, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Resthaven Cemetery, Iron River, with Rev. Bonny Kinnunen to officiate. Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River.
