Marie “Bonnie” Winkler, 83, of Caspian, MI passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Iron River Care Center in Iron River, MI.

She was born on February 1, 1942, in St. Boniface, Manitoba, Canada, the daughter of the late Harry and Sara (Malonchik) Komorofsky.

Bonnie married Adolf Winkler on July 19, 1961, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The couple celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary in 2025.

She was employed as a real estate agent for Riverland Reality prior to retirement. Bonnie enjoyed making handmade Christmas ornaments.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Adolf; son, Dayn (Kathleen) Winkler of Sayner, WI; brother, Jack (Betty) Komorofsky of Gimli, Manitoba, Canada; sister, Patti (Sheldon) Lapkin of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; granddaughters, Andrea (Jon) Koput and Sara (Ryan) Tienhaara; step grandchildren, Heather (Justin) Thomson and John (Brooke) Yakel; 13 great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by three great-grandchildren.
