Maurice R. Gasperini

Maurice R. Gasperini Age 65 Iron River, MI Died Friday, March 7, 2008 at the Iron County Community Hospital, Iron River. The son of the late Olivio and Edith (Bertie) Gasperini attended the Stambaugh schools, graduating from Stambaugh High School in 1960. After graduation he moved to Elk Grove, IL and worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years. He was later employed for 21 years in the public works department of Libertyville, IL. He retired eight years ago and returned to the Iron River area to make his home. He is survived by his son, Steve Gasperini of Iron River Three daughters; Sarah Gasperini of Fox Lake, IL Emily Gasperini of Fox Lake, IL Bridget Rayna of Mundelein, IL One sister, Rita (Darell) Johnson of Green Bay, WI Three grandchildren Memorial Service will be held in the spring and the date and time will be announced.
