Melissa M. Pollock

Melissa M. Pollock, 55, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026 at Aspirus Rhinelander.

She was born September 13, 1970, in West Virginia to William and Dessie (Pierce) Charlton. Melissa attended West Iron County High School.

Melissa married Charles Pollock on July 13, 1986 in Iron River. They celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary last year.

She was employed as a nurse aide. Melissa was a member of the American Legion Reino Post 21 Auxiliary. She enjoyed wildlife and spending time outdoors.

Melissa is survived by her husband, Charles; son, Charles (Amy Srock) Pollock Jr. of Gladstone, MI and Justin Pollock of Iron River; sisters, Mona (Gary) Lane of Green Bay, WI and Betty (Mick) Roundsville of Alpha, MI;brother Steven Charlton of Ohio, ; grandchildren kylee and Kole Pollock, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
