Nancy J. Cook

Nancy Jane Cook, age 76, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Monday June 29, 2020 at home. She was born January 26, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Bernice (Walsh) Cook. She lived in Chicago, Illinois until 1977 when she then moved to Iron County. Nancy had been a homemaker for the majority of her life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Nancy was an animal lover and had several pets over the years, most recently her beloved dogs and fur companions, Cowboy and Aussie. Nancy is survived by her son, Allen (Kay) Highline of Green Bay, WI; daughter, Kimberly (Lynn) Highline of Calumet, MI; stepsons; Dan (Lisa), Rick, and Steve Milach; brother, Don Cook of Deer River, MN; three grandchildren, Kelsey, Carter, and Tyoni; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law and brother, Shelly (Jay) Locascio, Carol (Mike) Brogan, Terri Cook and Bob Cook. Private services will be held.
