Neil J. Erickson

Neil J. Erickson, age 73, of Iron River, MI, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 21, 1945 in Iron River, MI; the son of the late Arvid “Archie” and Ruth (Lundin) Erickson. He attended grade school at the Iron River Schools, and then after relocating with his family, graduated from high school in Colorado. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. He was employed as an auto body technician for 25 years. He attended the First Lutheran Church of Iron River. He enjoyed fishing and had a special fondness for dogs.  Neil is survived by his cousin, Marcia Cornelia of Amasa, MI; as well as other cousins, extended family and friends.    A private graveside service will be held.
