Patrick ""Porky"" W. Rea, Sr. Age 56 Tipler, WIPassed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 30, 2011. Pat was born on October 4, 1954 in Wakefield, MI to the late John Darwin and Marjorie (McGinty) Rea. Pat served in and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Pat married the former Mary Lou White of Tipler on September 26, 1981 where they made their home for many years. He worked on the pipeline for a number of years but spent most of his life in the tree service and logging business. Pat enjoyed doing anything outdoors including camping, hunting, fishing and had a hobby of panning for gold. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and dear friends and very special friend and fishing buddy, Raymond. He is survived by his wife Mary Lou Rea of Tipler, WI., sons Walter (Krista) Rea of Appleton, WI and Patrick Rea Jr. of Tipler, WI. He is further survived by his four grandchildren Mitchell, Danessa, Jaiden, and Amarie. Two sisters Suzanne Rea of Auburn Hills, MI and Mary De Witt of Caspian, MI. and a very special nephew Damien Johnson as well as numerous nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family. Pat was preceded in death by his mother and father, five brothers, Jackie, Gerald, Edward, Michael, and Ralph and three sisters, Carol, Kathleen, and Sheila. Friends and family may attend a memorial service for Pat at the Maple Grove Church of Tipler, WI on Sunday, August 7 from 1:00 pm -- 2:00 pm for a time of remembering Pat's life, and the memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm which is brother-in-law Gary White will officiate.
