Renee J. Graves

Renee J. Graves, age 62, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, in Green Bay, WI. She was born on September 27, 1960, in Manitowoc, WI, the daughter of the late Joseph and Lois (Clements) Vargovich. She attended the West Iron County Schools, graduating with the class of 1979. Renee married Larry Graves on May 22, 1982, in Gaastra, MI. The couple celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this year. She was employed at Aramark for 27 years. Renee enjoyed sewing, quilting, spending time with her family, especially her great granddaughter, Alice. She also adored her dog, Leo. Renee is survived by her husband, Larry; son, John (Renee) Graves of Duluth, MN; daughters, Jeanette (Nethaniah) Dorh of Nashua, NH and Ericka Vargovich of Iron River, MI; sisters, Vicky Vargovich of Gaastra, MI and Sheila (Mike) Nantelle of Escanaba, MI; grandchildren, Emma Graves, Connor Graves, Clare Graves, Courtney (Trey) Manitta, Logan Kuehl, Kaelan Dorh, and Nealah Dorh; great granddaughter, Alice Manitta; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.
