Robert ""Bob"" P. Marcell Age; 67 Iron River, MI. Died Thursday March 29, 2007 at the Sun Health Boswell Hospital, Sun City, AZ. Born: October 13, 1939 in Stambaugh, Michigan and raised in Iron River, Michigan by his loving parents Wilfred & Fern (Applin) Marcell. Bob attended St. Agnes Catholic School and graduated in 1957 from Iron River High school. He received his bachelors of science in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Wayne State University. Bob retired from 32 years of expemplariry service from the Chrysler Corporation in 1996. After his retirement he enjoyed his time in Sun City, Arizona and Iron River, Michigan areas. He was preceded in death by his father Wilfred Marcell in 1993 & a brother-in-law; Theodore Vecellio in 2006. Survived by his two children; Alicia (Stephan) Cost, Charlottesville, VA Gregory (Kimberlee) Marcell, Ortonville, MI and their mother; Kathryn Golas Marcell, Shelby Twp., MI two grandchildren, Christian Cost & Kaitlyn Rose Cost step-son; Bradley (Megan) Anderson, Brighton, MI and his mother; Dr. Ellen Arnell Marcell, Escanaba, MI mother; Fern Marcell, Iron River, MI brothers; James (Greta) Marcell, Iron River, MI. Richard (Margaret) Marcell, Davisburg, sisters; Sharon (Michael) Smith, Pensacola, FL Susan Vecellio, Surprise, AZ many nieces and nephews that he loved, aunts, uncles & cousins. Visitation; Tuesday April 10, 2007 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Gathering Room, St. Agnes Catholic Church, Iron River, MI. Funeral Service; Tuesday April 10, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. Dino Silvestrini to offer the Mass of Christian Burial. Interment; Resthaven Cemetery, Iron River, MI.
