Ronald J. Rosera, 81, of St. Francis, WI, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Aspirus Iron River Hospital. He was born on July 29, 1943, in Iron River, MI, the son of the late Arnold and Cecilia (LeBlanc) Rosera. Ronald attended the Iron River Schools, graduating with the class of 1961. He was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard. Ronald married Janis Bal on June 6, 1964, at the Assumption Church in Iron River. The couple celebrated their 60th anniversary this year. He was employed as a machinist at Caterpillar and Cooper Power Group before retiring. Ronald was a member St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Caspian and the United Steel Workers #1343. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, chopping wood, boating, and just being outdoors with his dogs, Buddy and Jake. Ronald is survived by his wife, Janis; son, Michael (Debbie) Rosera of Neenah, WI; grandchildren, Katelynne, Tylor, Megan, and Lauren; cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Rosera; brothers, Harold, Ralph, and Eugene Rosera; and sister, Lois Novak. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at St. Veronica Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Rev.
