Vivian C. Parolini , age 83, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Aspirus Iron River Hospital. She was born on December 19, 1938, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Vivian (Britten) Erickson. She attended the Iron River Schools, graduating from Iron River High School with the class of 1957. She was employed as a dental assistant for Dr. Frederick M. Saigh III. Vivian was a member First Presbyterian Church in Iron River. She was a great cook and loved canning, reading, and spending time with John and her grandchildren. She was elected Miss Iron County in 1957. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Parolini. Vivian is survived by her son, Bryan Pringle of Iron River, MI; daughter, Tammy (Jim Kellogg) Pringle of Alpha, MI; stepsons, Ric (Lori) Parolini of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Gregory (Betsy) Parolini of Ada, MI, Jim (Wendy) Parolini of Norway, MI; stepdaughters, Mary Kay (Mark) Ebeling of Norway, MI and Kathy Parolini of Nashville, TN; sister, Karen (Victor) Frizzell of Milwaukee, WI; special friend, Fritzie Kellogg; two grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; extended family and friends. Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the church she loved, First Presbyterian Church.
